Refund policy

The Good Rub offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee- If you're not happy with a product, simply contact us for a refund.  All returns are subject to a 25% fee since we DO NOT re-sell returned items (all products promised fresh when ordered). Email info@thegoodrub.com to manage your return. We will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving your return.  Shipping charges are not refundable and those orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from the return.  All returns must have at least 50% remaining or a refund/credit will not be valid.

DAMAGED ITEMS- When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.
